DESIGN THAT TRANSFORMS SPACE INTO A VISUAL AND SENSORY EXPERIENCE
Duplex housing development with a constructed area of 145 m2. The property is located just a few meters from the Ourense University Hospital Complex (CHUO) and has easy access to the main communication routes and public transport, ensuring excellent connectivity and accessibility.
NEED
The project’s objective was to design a serene and welcoming apartment, where each room maintained a balance between classic and modern. The design incorporated a customized layout that fosters connection between the different areas, maximizing the sense of spaciousness to achieve a sophisticated atmosphere, enriching the space without overwhelming it.
APPROACH
The interior design project is approached by adapting existing elements to new design proposals. This includes a careful selection of furniture, the specification of appropriate materials, and the integration of contemporary lighting systems, with the aim of achieving a balance between functionality, comfort, and aesthetics in each room.
SOLUTION
It was based on organizing a set of tones, details, finishes and lighting to give sobriety, simplicity and elegance to spaces that converge but do not renounce their privacy.
