Located in an exclusive enclave, this luxury home combines elegance, functionality, and cutting-edge technology.
Designed to blend into its surroundings without sacrificing a strong visual identity, the architecture plays with light, fine materials, and the relationship between interior and exterior. A project that balances monumentality and lightness, offering open and private spaces with fluid transitions.
NEED
The main challenge was to harmonize privacy with visual openness, creating a home that guaranteed the comfort of its inhabitants without isolating itself from the landscape. The orientation of the volumes and the selection of materials had to respond to the topography of the site, optimizing thermal performance and energy efficiency. Furthermore, the goal was to provide the home with a flexible layout, adapting to the changing needs of its occupants.
APPROACH
The design is based on a fragmented geometry that unfolds in different directions, creating a sculptural ensemble. The large overhangs reinforce the sense of lightness, while the natural stone facades provide solidity and continuity with the landscape. The interior and exterior layouts were optimized, ensuring that each space has a clear function and a visual connection with its surroundings.
SOLUTION
The home’s journey is conceived as a sequence of spaces that surprise with their fluid transition between open and sheltered spaces. The double height of the living area reinforces the perception of spaciousness, while the interior patios create a constantly evolving interplay of light and shadow. Each material has been selected to enhance the user’s tactile and visual experience, from the texture of the stone to the softness of natural wood.
