The project under construction is an office space in Urzáiz, Vigo, and was created as an opportunity to design a new operating environment. The objective is to transform the existing office model and update it in line with new technological trends and requirements.
NEED
To create a unique and cutting-edge work environment designed to be a business center in Vigo, offering versatile, flexible, modern, and highly equipped workspaces for freelancers, small businesses, startups, and growing companies.
APPROACH
Including quality materials with acoustic and thermal insulation, quick and easy installation, which creates design versatility, eliminating unnecessary partitions, and using glass screens to visually connect all the rooms allows for optimal natural light. This decision not only improves the functionality of the space but also reinforces the sense of spaciousness and transparency. The incorporation of renewable energy, bringing efficiency and sustainability to the project, adds value to the design and complies with current CTE regulations.
SOLUTION
The result is a modern environment and a business space designed to break away from the traditional office concept. With a design that combines functionality, aesthetics, and technology, the company opted for an open, agile, and flexible concept. The project has created a meeting place that promotes interaction, communication, and synergy between different employees and departments, maximizing both the space and its use.
