This renovation and interior design project transforms a traditional home into a modern and functional space, tailored to the needs of an elderly couple who enjoy a comfortable and welcoming home. The project optimizes the layout, enhances natural lighting, and blends classic materials with sophisticated finishes to achieve a balance between elegance and comfort.

The project must respond to an architecture that, in addition to being attractive, adapts to new ways of living: more versatile and tailored to the specific needs of its users.
The challenge was to renovate a home with a compartmentalized layout and outdated finishes, without losing its essence. The connections between spaces must be redefined to generate greater fluidity and harmony, improving the functionality of each space and providing a timeless aesthetic.

The strategy focused on optimizing space, materials, and energy efficiency to create a functional and welcoming home. The redesign improved the connection between rooms, creating fluid circulation and more open spaces. Finishes that combine warmth and sophistication, such as wood, marble, and neutral textiles, were selected, ensuring a balance between modernity and elegance without losing its original essence.
