Contemporary design for families seeking comfort, clarity and versatility
The project stemmed from the need to transform a traditional home into a space adapted to the lifestyle of a large family. The main objective was to optimize the interior layout and renew the overall look of the property, combining a refined aesthetic with functional solutions.
NEED
The initial situation presented an antiquated interior layout, characterized by excessive partitions, limited natural light, and a lack of practicality in keeping with a contemporary lifestyle. To address these issues, a spatial reconfiguration was carried out by removing partition walls, creating open spaces and more fluid circulation. Luminosity was optimized through the implementation of clear color palettes and the use of reflective surfaces.
APPROACH
A key aspect of the renovation was the design and installation of custom furniture, which made it possible to maximize storage and organization in all areas of the apartment. Durable and aesthetically pleasing materials were selected, and strategic ambient lighting was designed to create warm and welcoming environments.
SOLUTION
As a final result, the living area was transformed into an integrated and multifunctional space, designed to foster family togetherness. Private areas, such as the bedrooms, were designed to offer comfort and allow for personalization. The main living room, with the addition of a fireplace, became a focal point radiating warmth. The hallways were widened and sliding doors integrated into the walls were installed, thus optimizing the use of available space. In short, the apartment was modernized and fully adapted to the needs of family life, taking full advantage of the property’s potential.
