TEAM AND COLLABORATORS
DANIEL PEROJA
CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
A Technical Architect from the E.U.A.T of A Coruña in 2000 and an Architect from the U.A.X in 2007, he holds a Master's degree in Collective Housing from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
Daniel gained experience as a real estate development manager and architect at the A-cero studio (Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares), where he participated in the design and execution of residential, office, and commercial projects. This strengthened his comprehensive approach to the architectural process, which he applies to each project from its earliest stages.
SAGRARIO RIVERO
CO-FOUNDER AND TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
A graduate of the Technical Architecture School of A Coruña in 1999, she has extensive training in construction and project management. She has completed advanced programs at the Building School Foundation and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, covering specializations in construction techniques and systems, renovation, installations, structures, and interior design. Her approach to project development is further reinforced by her certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP).
Sagrario has extensive experience working in companies in the construction, real estate development, and retail sectors, playing a key role in project management, budgeting, and planning.
